After reading 56 books in 2018, I thought it was worth mentioning which were the absolute best. These are the books (that I read for the first time in 2018) that I couldn’t stop recommending, that stuck with me, that I keep eyeing for a reread.

I read a lot of great books this year, but during the summer I seemed to strike gold with a whole bunch of 5-star books. I thought they deserved a shoutout, as I look to the year to come!
